Our bootcamp is delivered via facebook live sessions within our private members group. You can see and hear your instructor but they cannot see you online. You can type into the chat box at any time in real time with questions. All online workouts also save as soon as they finish into the group meaning you can catch up on yesterdays, last weeks or last months in the group at a time to suit you.
All sessions are lead by qualified and insured trainers. We are also able to offer alternatives for injuries or just for exercises you find difficult so let us know anything you struggle with and we will be happy to help. All fitness levels are welcome because you work to your fitness and effort level. We will be here to support and encourage you as your fitness and strength grows.
Bootcamp is £35 per month per household for unlimited live and catch up sessions.

You are welcome to join with no equipment as everything can be done body weight but if you're serious about your training and results we highly recommend getting a couple of bits of low investment bits of kit like a set of dumbbells and some resistance bands. We recommend at least 4kg to start with but if you're not sure, get in touch and we will advise based on your current exercise and fitness levels what might be best
